The company views social aspects as part of the company's vision and mission. Contribution to the society is integrated into the business operation and company's performance. It has been company's commitment to perform Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program which consistent with good corporate governance (GCG).
The CSR's activities which been done by the company focus on subject in education, health, religion, humanity, and environment. Empowerment of local community has supported the economy growth in the surrounding area of the factory and many company's employees are from local people.
The community has also involved in the social activities which been initiated by the company. Preservation of environment is improved by planting trees with local residents. Blood donor activities have been done regularly to arise togetherness and understanding of workers which is part of the corporate culture. Company bazaar activity is arranged and is in the interest of the local community, where the proceed is used for donation to the orphanages. The company also donates for the construction of city monument, so it may increase the attractiveness of Sidoarjo City. Overall, the company has spent over Rp 2 billion for the CSR activities.
