Kronologi Pencatatan Saham Perusahaan<\/h2>\n

Perusahaan mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Surabaya dan Bursa Efek Jakarta pada 8 September 1993. Dalam penawaran umum perdana, sesuai dengan surat persetujuan Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal No. S-1322 \/ PM \/ 1993, perusahaan mencatatkan 6.000.000 saham dengan nilai nominal Rp1.000 per saham kepada publik. Saat itu, total modal disetor dan ditempatkan adalah Rp37.800.000.000.<\/p>\n

Pada tahun 1996, nilai nominal saham diubah dari Rp1.000 menjadi Rp500 per saham.\nPada tahun 2005, terjadi konversi pinjaman menjadi saham, yang meningkatkan modal disetor dan ditempatkan menjadi 690.740.500 saham dengan nilai nominal Rp500 per saham, sehingga total modal disetor menjadi Rp345.370.250.000.<\/p>\n

Pada tahun 2006, perusahaan melakukan kuasi-reorganisasi, yang mengubah nilai nominal saham menjadi Rp100 per saham, dengan total modal disetor sebesar Rp69.074.050.000.<\/p>\n

Pada 15 Desember 2016, perusahaan mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) untuk melakukan pembelian kembali saham (buyback) dengan jumlah tidak melebihi 10% dari modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Saham yang dibeli kembali akan dilepas kembali ke pasar dalam waktu 3 tahun, dengan tujuan meningkatkan likuiditas saham dan kepercayaan investor. Program buyback ini bertujuan agar nilai saham di pasar lebih menarik dan mencerminkan nilai fundamental perusahaan.<\/p>\n

Sejak didirikan hingga saat ini, perusahaan tidak pernah menerbitkan obligasi, sukuk, atau efek lainnya. Perusahaan hanya mencatatkan saham saat pencatatan di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 8 September 1993.<\/p>\n

Selama tahun 2022, perusahaan tidak menerbitkan obligasi, sukuk, atau obligasi konversi. Perusahaan tidak membutuhkan obligasi untuk pembiayaan korporasi atau kepentingan lainnya, sehingga dalam dua tahun fiskal terakhir, perusahaan tidak memiliki obligasi, sukuk, atau obligasi konversi yang masih beredar.<\/p>\n
